Effective 4/01/2020 Due to Covid-19 pandemic we temporarily suspend all returns for Safety and protection items that we sell which includes face mask and gloves. On other items, you have 15 calendar days to return from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Restocking fee of 15% will be charged and customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item thru USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
